+1 for Askimet. I have it on my blog and it blocks ~150 comments per
day, and lets one or two per week (maximum) through to the moderation
queue. I have yet to have it set any false positives.

I have in the past used Bad Behaviour
(http://www.homelandstupidity.us/software/bad-behavior/), but in my
case, this created a lot of false positives.
