I think you need to give more info, such as how users are configured
(/etc/passwd on all the machines, NIS, AD, LDAP, something else...)
and examples of the paths you're trying to mount, and finally details
about the NFS exports/mounts.

Others may have other requests for info, but IMO this is the minimum
we need to start helping.
