Gotta be faulty mate. Or at least a hardware type issue. May be worth 
trying one more different make of media (preferably one in the 
recommended list by Lite-on). Optical writers have a reasonably simple 
interface with the burning software so once you've eliminated media 
issues and connection issues theres not a lot left it can be.
