um no, you can't move the pin as such, you can place it somewhere by 
typing a town, street or postcode (or anything google maps can find if 
you search for it) then place your pin to find the thing you searched 
for, then submit it.
At some point it will get abused and I will turn on moderation, but for 
now pins get published straight away. Email me if you want a pin removed.
