[ubuntu-uk] Government IT spending outrageously high... anyone surprised?

A lot of the folks on the list are involved with pitching FOSS to the government, and a call for smaller companies opens the doors for just that. Maybe I could have been clearer on that, but we have had lots of government IT policy discussions on the list.
