[Fn] [F1] is wifi kill and it works for off and then for on again ok
[Fn] [F2] is touchpad  disable, also works
[delete] for bios
I do not see any setting for bluetooth in the bios

Ubuntu 10.10 allows turn off bluetooth by left click on icon for menu
