Interesting. I don't think we factored in upgrades of Business Remix.
We'll be making a new version of business remix available in a couple
of weeks, it's not available yet I'm afraid.

I would hold off upgrading, or do a clean install of standard Ubuntu
12.04, or do a clean install of business remix 12.04 when it's out in
a few weeks.
