[ubuntu-uk] promotional poster

Hi

In an effort to create something simple to promote ubuntu i have taken
some of the text from the ubuntu website and created a mini flyer

notice I have also put a disclaimer on the bottom, this similar wording
to what I have on my Raspberry PI poster.  Anyway hopefully this gets
the message across in a way that is easy to understand and consistent
with the website.

Also put links to the ubuntu-uk site so people know where to go for
local support etc
