Right, so we're going to go for uppercase tags?  That's fine - perfectly
fine in HTML 4.

...or, perhaps lowercase.  Would be nice if it made up its mind.

...back to upper, but complies with the idea that all attribute values
should be in quotes... a positive...

ALIGN=ABSMIDDLE HSPACE=8 WIDTH=19 HEIGHT=38>

...or perhaps not!!
