[ubuntu-uk] Ubuntu Tweak not working after upgrade from precise to quantal

Hi,

I am having a strange issue after upgrade from 12.04 to 12.10, ubuntu 
tweak wont start!
When I run from terminal (ubuntu-tweak -d) i get the following message:

I have found https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu-tweak/+question/220799
which is the same but says to purge Gnome PPA (which I dont have in use) 
so has anyone hear got any ideas?
