You can't confirm the bug because you didn't installed the package that
gives the problem... XD

The binary package which suffers fromt this bug is ltp-kernel-test and
not ltp

So maybe the bug report should be modified a bit

Found the following problem during a install test:

Selecting previously deselected package ltp-kernel-test.
Unpacking ltp-kernel-test (from .../ltp-kernel-test_20060918-2ubuntu3_i386.deb) ...
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/ltp-kernel-test_20060918-2ubuntu3_i386.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite `/usr/lib/debian-test/tests/linux/runtest/syscalls', which is also in package ltp-commands-test
Selecting previously deselected package ltp-misc-test.
