  * Merge from Debian unstable, remaining Ubuntu changes:
    + debian/control:
      - eikazo package depends on python-gtkhtml2.
      - Update Maintainer field as per spec.

The only significant change was adding python-gtkhtml2 as a dependency.
This change has been added upstream, as can be seen from this Debian
changelog entry:

eikazo (0.5.2-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/control:
    + Depend on python-gtkhtml2 instead of python-gnome2-extras
      (closes: #485310).
    + Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.0 (no changes).

We can safely drop the Ubuntu change of updating the maintainer field.
This allows us to safely sync this package from Debian.
