[LoCo-US-AL] Finally some messages!

Hi everyone!  Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello!  I just
started using Ubuntu at the end of February, so I'm fairly new with
GNU/Linux but I've been tinkering with computers since 1984.  I saw in a
previous message about an IRC channel, but the poster failed to mention
what server it's on.  If I'll remember, you'll probably see me there too.
