[ubuntu-arizona] 10.04 CDs

I actually managed to distribute all the CDs that Canonical sent me so I 
got another batch.  If you want more 10.04 CDs let me know and we'll 
figure out how to get them to you.  I realize that 10.10 is due to come 
out fairly soon but my view point is that there's not enough new 
features to convince me to switch off of LTS.  So, if you agree you may 
want some CDs to pass out to friends, family, and the random person you 
see using that "other" OS.
