[Ubuntu-US-CA] Gmane Archiving

At our last meeting
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/CaliforniaTeam/Meetings/08March09), the issue
of mirroring this list on gmane.org came up (starts at 20:14, if you
want to read about it).

I'll stop short of giving an in-depth description of what it does, and
leave that to someone else if it's needed.

Basically, it mirrors our list, provides a NNTP interface, and
apparently a nicer threaded interface as well.  As far as using this
list is concerned, our experience won't change at all, as it won't touch
this list.

We're wondering if anyone has an objection to doing it.  Since if anyone
has a problem with it, we wont.

Assuming there are no objections, we still have one additional thing to
resolve: Our emails can be in the forum email at domain, or a scrambled
interface that hides our emails completely from crawlers.

This has been put on the agenda for the next meeting (on the 23rd), but
if there's enough unfinished discussion, we can push it back as well to
accommodate.
