[Ubuntu-US-CA] Placing Team Karmic CD Order

I think it's now clear that "we" need the CD pack and that the need is
far greater than the supply.  I personally plan to give away more than
250 with or without the order.

Neal, please order it or delegate someone else to order it ASAP.
