[Ubuntu-US-CA] Configuring Ubuntu 10.10 on Mac G3

Hi Christian, Elizabeth and Seidos (and rest):

Thanks so much for all the great responses. I will definitely try to make
time to join at least one of the group meetings. I was thinking, however,
that joining the local Ubuntu group at a cafe would be more style. I am a
newbie at the Linux stuff and if I attended the other meetings I think I may
not understand a whole lot. As of late, I've got some specific Ubuntu
related questions for my iBook G3 (namely, finding the right driver to
install that will allow Compiz to be the default (or main) windows manager).
I've tried and tried but to no avail.

I will be traveling a lot of this month but perhaps the following month I
could get more involved with the whole community around SF. That would
probably teach me the most. I really appreciate all your time and support. I
hope you all have a great new year!

Terry
