[Ubuntu-US-CA] Fwd: 12.04 Release party

Hi everyone,

Forwarding along the announcement from the global list below, the
release of 12.04 is just over a month away, time to get release party
planning!

I spoke with Grant Bowman earlier this week and we'll be hosting our
standard San Francisco release party the night of release (April 26th)
at Thirsty Bear Brewing Company on Howard Street.

Aloha,

It's getting close to the release of 12.04 and with that in mind many
LoCos will host a release party! I've created the event [0] on the
Loco team Portal(LTP) and you can add your team to the list.  It would
be great to see lots of teams running a party, taking photos to show
to everyone and celebrating the release of Precise!

If you've never run a party keep it simple, pick a date, time & venue
and let your team know about it. You can do anything at a party, some
people have a quiz, pizza party, install the latest release, have some
talks or all of the above.

If you've held a party in the past do share your stories on here and
encourage new teams to perhaps run an event!
