Can you actually try using the on-disk help for this? If you open up the
dash, and then search for help . . . try finding the wireless
troubleshooting help in the on-disk help browser.
If you could work through those steps, I'd be curious to know if it helps
solve your problem at all.
If it doesn't help you, I'd be curious to know where you get stuck, or where
it fails you. Please do let us know.
