The best men I know would say that only fools and idiots come to the table with problems
and no proposed solutions thereto. Since I don't know you, I'll assume this is an
oversight, and that you had a better idea than the GPLv3 which we have yet to hear. Or
that you believe that there was no problem for the GPLv3 to solve, in which case I would
like to hear your opinions on free software and software patent portfolio buildup and
competition through litigation and/or the threat of litigation.
I do not use, recommend, or study products made by companies that try to imprison free
software or by their complicity with such companies, allow it to be imprisoned. If a
man is big-hearted enough to create a quality product, like Samba for instance, and free
that product, then I will defend his right, as the creator, to insure that his product
remains free.
