[CoLoCo] "Official" CoLoCo Shirts - it's time to decide

I think black would be a better color choice, and would also look a bit more
professional.  Khaki can tend to be that throwaway business polo color
imnsho   : )

Put me down for one:  Small.

Jim --- You might want to add a field for shirt size on the wiki page to
keep track of orders or just start polling each interested member personally
via email.
