I normally read mail with mutt, and I guess I don't have any mutt or
mime plugins installed to deal with either vcs or ics formats (both
are attached).  But I'm guessing that that is how folks succeeded in
adding it to their own calendars.

I end up just updating the attendance of the single email address for
the whole group, as I think Nick was saying.
