[CoLoCo] Hardy experiences

Actually, you're about to stop groaning...  they have set very few new
features for the Hardy release and are instead focusing on stabilizing what
they have added since dapper (since Hardy is going to be an LTS release).

Things like poor video support, random wireless errors, and other
auto-configuration problems will be at the center of the focus for this
development cycle.  (With the exception being in Kubuntu land, of course, as
they are going to attempt to implement KDE4).
