[CoLoCo] $HOME/.drmc file is being ignored.

1. cd
2. ls -l .drmc
3. Be sure ownership is <youruser>:<youruser>.  If not, do
     sudo chown -R <youruser>:<ytouruser> .drmc
4. chmod 644 .dmrc
