[CoLoCo] comcast bittorrent packet spoofing detection and other great EFF work

I've got my own issues with my school's firewall and their blocking content
based on IP ranges and black-listed domains as is...   : (

But more power to ya!  I'm glad to be rid of comcast now that I'm out here.
I just wish I hadn't had to swap it for something worse.
