[CoLoCo] Ubuntu Case Badges

Andrew, I had already been in communication with Martin and had worked
it out with him that we could purchase a few hundred from him.  I was
interested in finding out what kind of numbers people were interested
in purchasing so I would have a better feel for how many to buy from
Martin.  It sounds like it will be best to just purchase the 300 that
he offered to us, unless everyone feels that we should do a full-blown
order.

I thought that I'd give people a bit more time to respond to this
thread before purchasing from Martin.  So far, we've got about 100
case badges spoken for, and it sounds like Kevin may have a need for
100 or 200 just by himself.  I guess with that being said, I could go
ahead and contact Martin and purchase the 300 that he offered.  Any
objections?  Are we looking at big enough numbers to warrant a
full-blown order for thousands of case badges?  (Martin's order was
for 18,000, and he has blown through all but about 1300 of them.)
