[CoLoCo] Holiday Party?

I personally think it would be better to hold an after-holidays party to get
the team back in gear after this busy time of the year.  We did it last year
at the Panera in Arvada in late January and it worked great last year!  Good
turn out, lots of discussion, and it definitely got things moving again
compared to the holiday slow-down.
