[CoLoCo] (Fwd) Proposal: Removal of the WinFOSS collection

I kind of liked it when I was first starting with Ubuntu, but I then found
the OpenCD  (now OpenDisk), and never really used it any more. I think it
should say "restart and set your BOIS to boot from the cd", and should
should have BIOS help for setting your computer to boot from CD instead of
the FOSS software. Maybe a link to the wubi stuff.
