[CoLoCo] (Fwd) Proposal: Removal of the WinFOSS collection

The GUI is just the web page..
But its basically all done from CLI, unless there is a 3rd party win-get
gui.. For the "GUI" version, you go and get an account on the win-get
website, then Log in.  Click on the App List, and then hit the blue plus
next to the apps you want installed. This will just add them to your
profile.  So then from there go and edit your config file (it will auto gen
if you do not have one in the same folder as wget.exe/win-get.exe) and add
your user/pwd and uncomment the fields.  At that point, go to the CLI and
type  win-get restore. and it will download all the apps you've listed on
your online profile.

I've not actually used it to install anything yet though.
