Hi everyone,

The Colombian team is getting ready for official team status. Part of 
this preparation meant looking at our membership in Launchpad and 
refining our process.

Our current process is documented at:

Luis López, one of our members, has put together a Python script that 
crawls through Launchpad.net and gathers stats about karma, CoC 
signatures, etc.. (THANK YOU!) I'd like to run this once a month for our 
team and maybe generate a "top ten / low ten" chart, some graphics about 
growth ( or lack of ), participation, etc.
