[CoLoCo] partitioning (after the fact...)

I'll take a swing at answering this:  If we were to break /home off into
it's own partition by default, where would we put the majority of the
free-space?  Would we put it in /home, for users who record and edit
video, or other large data, or would we put it in /, for users who play
games, or use other large applications?  Or would we split it equally
between the two partitions, and piss ~everyone~ off?
