What will you use it for? If it's largely a web appliance, document
creator, etc. then get the 5400 and integrated graphics. Longer
battery life is worth the small decrease for these types of
applications. If you going to be gaming a lot, or doing other
intensive activities then you might enjoy the increase in performance.
Personally, if I was to do it over I would have gone with 5400,
integrated video and more ram. It all depends on your goals.

Fwiw, macbooks come with 5400.
