[CoLoCo] Load_Cycle_Count & Tracker Search Tool

Hello,

I've never responded to this list before, but finally found something I
can add/share. (Only been using Linux/Ubuntu since this past January and
have been on this email list for a month or so)

I have been following the Load_Cycle_Count debate for a while now and
have noticed my count increasing at a very rapid rate. For some reason
this morning I decided to remove the Tracker Search Tool, which I rarely
if every use. Since then my increase rate has dropped quite a bit.

Probably not a total fix but it is helping.

Just thought I would pass this along.
