[CoLoCo] creating menu items in gnome/ubuntu

I'm not sure if this still works or if I'm just loosing it, but you
can create a default profile in /home/default. You may need to create
the folder. Once you have it created anytime you create a new user
they will get a copy of that folder as there home folder.
I'm not sure of anything like the Windows "All Users" folder that
allows all users to see anything placed in it.
