I'll second Partimage.  You can download System Rescue CD (
http://www.sysresccd.org/Main_Page ) which has it on it, along with a number
of other useful utilities, like GParted.

I use this to back up and restore an XP installation that I use for Beta
tests that require specific configurations, and it can handle a ton of
different file systems.
