[CoLoCo] new t-shirt / help idea

Slightly off topic, but I was over at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoTeamListand noticed that our team does not
have a YES under the column "
*Provides Local Support" as many others do. I'm thinking thats not correct?
Or am I misinterpreting that table?
