[CoLoCo] Gutsy Gibbon Supports Install Time Encryption

Found this on Digg.com.  Ubuntu apparently sneaked this feature in under 
everyone's noses.  This is a great advantage for an already great OS, 
because being able to encrypt the file system at the time of install 
saves time and it will be attractive to business users who are worried 
about protecting their data.
