[CoLoCo] FIRST LINUX LAWSUIT PATENT

My hope is that this ridiculous case leaves in its wake only an increased
awareness of the broken-ness of the patent system. If anything, the details
of this case in particular would seem to underscore the ridiculous state of
affairs in the patent system, so maybe the fallout from this will only be
good press. The feature in question would seem to be something that could
easily be coded around. That might be a small price to pay to get the word
out. In my eyes the whole SCO thing was net positive even if it was a pain
in the ass because it brought public scrutiny on the issue.
