[CoLoCo] WAP enabled Wiki

I don't know about a WAP plugin but a blog would work too. You can
have many editors if you want and I think it would be easier to get an
attractive site. In my experience, wikis are not all that friendly but
they serve a purpose. If it meets yours that is great, but you might
want to consider a blog. I set up my poor excuse for a business using
wordpress.
