[CoLoCo] Video Drivers Clarification

How stupid us this? My email yesterday on the Silver CD thread was  
meant for this thread.

I'd love a detailed explanation of AIGLX, how to implement it and what  
exactly it will do for me? If I get it installed will compiz work  
automatically?
