[CoLoCo] Pressed (Silver) CDs

CDs were originally made on a press, not burned with a laser. Audio and
software CDs that you buy in a store are pressed, not burned. Burned
CDs are blue, or yellow, or whatever, but never silver. Only pressed
CDs are silver.

Pressed CDs are much "easier" for optical drives to read, because they
match the original definition of what a CD is. Pressed CDs work in
every functional optical drive. Burned CDs usually work in the drive
they're burned in, or newer, but might or might not work in older
optical drives.

Silver CDs just work all the time.
