[CoLoCo] Forum host recommendations

Hi everyone,

I've been quiet lately but I do read each and every post :-).

My high school programming club is in need of a forum.  I wouldn't mind paying a fee to ensure some important features like:

1.  No inappropriate spambot postings (that would NOT go over well with parents).
2.  Only open to members of the club itself.
3.  Easy to use so that a student or two could possibly maintain it over time.

Any recommendations?
