Kiba Dock

I have also used AWN in the past, but its transparency support was
faked.  Not sure if that is still the case.  Kiba uses Compiz, so it has
full alpha blending.

It even stays on top of the troublesome Windows bottom bar with
VirtualBox is running in seamless mode.
