I'm from, up north as well.  (Thanks, Jim.)

I'm currently going to school for MS Networking, going to high level 
computer security conferences, and learning Linux via VMware Ubuntu and 
my new eeePC.  Hopefully I can make it to the next meeting, i work at 
odd times!
