[CoLoCo] New Name

I have been seeing a lot of talk about changing the Groups name. If
everyone is in consensuses with changing it from "Ubuntu Colorado
Local Group" to "Colorado Ubuntu Linux Team" I will go ahead and make
the changes on the website, and we can from here out use that as the
final name.
