Here is another 'experiment'..

Its got some good suggestions, but then some other unnecessary rants.
Overall, I think the best suggestion would be to have some sort of "tour"
for new users, something easy to skip past, but one that could give a brief
run down of synaptic/apt-get.  Think with this, most of the issues would
have been void.
