Jim, I don't think you'll be able to find what your looking for
specifically.
There are a ton of different ways to convert FLAC to mp3's.. But I don't
think you'll be able to find a way to put them on a disk in the same step.
I think you'll be stuck with a 2 part process.
I've come across some scripts for CLI conversion from FLAC to mp3 (
http://etree-scripts.sourceforge.net/wordpress/) that you might be able to
pipe to a CLI Burn? I can't find alot of info on the etree scripts, so I'm
unsure if it'll burn as your hoping.
