I found a $40 hard-cover of PHP-GTK today at MicroCenter.  It was
released in 2006, targeting versions 5 and 2 respectively.  I was too
broke to buy it right that minute, but it seems like a bargain to me,
and right up my alley.  Does anyone have a review of this book to point
me to?
