[CoLoCo] Need Recommendations

Yes, I should have mentioned both Learning Python and Programming Python.
Learning Python was the book that taught me Python :-).  All recommendations
so far have been good books.  I would have remembered Learning Python, but a
student of mine is currently using it.....
