Interesting catch.  What if all the code were "jailed"?

Ruby has some built in jailing mechanisms.

You could also create a very restricted user for building and executing
code.

Makes me wonder if someone could put together a libc wrapper which would
prompt before being allowed access to the filesystem, network, etc.  You'd
whitelist particular access as the program needed them...  seems doable.
